Circulation Executive

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ / ’A’ Levels
• Meticulous, organized and willing to learn
• Able to read and type Chinese is a must
• Knowledge of ACCESS will be an advantage
• Experience in handling BPA audited circulation preferred

Responsibilities

• Handle BPA, ABC circulation audit
• Develop and maintain subscriber's database
• Manage subscription promotion at trade shows
• Planning & implementation of circulation campaigns
• Assist in circulation / distribution cost control & budgeting
• Handle subscription for B2B controlled circulation magazines
• Maintain proper filing of documents for circulation audit purposes
Liaise with mailing house across the region for magazine distribution
