Responsibilities:

• Provide system administration of Windows NT/ 2000/ 2003 servers and applications
• Participate in problem resolution, account and configuration management, system enhancement and monitoring
• Provide network administration which includes problem resolution, configuration and monitoring of LAN/ WAN and wireless equipment
• Provide user support relating to second level support to troubleshoot and solve user problems relating to Windows and network
• Update documents and prepare monthly management reports
• Participate in projects

• Liaise with vendors

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Computer Science/ Studies or related disciplines
• At least 2 years of experience in client/ server technology, Windows 2000/ 2003 (MCSE preferred), Cisco IOS, routers, switches, firewall and wireless networking
• Analytical, self-motivated, able to work independently as well as in a team
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills

• CCNA is advantageous
