PointStar Digital Agency is looking for a Project Manager.
As part of the PointStar Digital Agency team, you should:

- Be passionate about digital media and technologies. Web, mobile and social media HAVE to be a big part of your daily life.
- Be familiar with today's latest web and mobile technologies. You will be advising clients and recommending best practices for the development of web and mobile apps.
- Enjoy working with clients to produce high quality work. Managing client expectations, and making sure their expectations are met is key to maintaining good client relationships.
- Be able to put together a project proposal and estimate resources required.
- Possess outstanding leadership qualities in order to successfully manage and motivate your production team.
- Have an eye for detail, be obsessive about both work efficiency and quality of work delivered.
- Be able to ensure timely project delivery as well as maintain a minimum billable threshold
- Be metric driven in order to run your unit profitably
- Have prior experience in digital agencies, campaign management, web application development.

Pre-requisites for applicants
- Minimum Diploma
- At least 5 years working experience with minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Prior work experience in digital media agencies
- Prior web/mobile development experience. Comfortable working with the following
